This is a 2  and half month program. It is also with a  limited group. You get a workbook and have action steps to take after each meeting. This is done via a Zoom call

Toni serves more as a mentor an accountability coach. Timing depends on your needs as to a specific goal or target. This can be for one project or a year commitment.
